“Aromas of Candied cherries, and dried cranberry mix with violet and olives along with a hint of Cuban cigar. On the palate, blackberry, tobacco, and espresso mingle, with approachable tannins and lingering floral notes to create an elegant drinking experience. Drinking this wine does not make for the perfect evening Per Se.... but it doesn’t hurt! Pair with a juicy rib eye steak and chimichurri”
Graham Pierce, Winemaker

“The 2014 vintage started off with a warm early spring which showed steady growth in the vines. This, followed with minnimum rain, allowed us to effectively control the vigor and crop load of the vines. Throughout mid-summer desired temperatures and dry days extended right into the fall and harvest period. This has been a fantastic year for weather and this reflects in the balanced ripeness and high quality that was achived.”
Steve Carberry, Winegrower
