PDF Tasting Notes

“Rich and luscious with bright flavours and aromas of apple, pear and mineral with tropical notes. Complex bouquet of caramel and toffee accompany this full-bodied wine. This versatile Chardonnay is ideal with food and pairs wonderfully with such fare as grilled chicken or halibut with vanilla scented beurre blanc.”
Graham Pierce, Winemaker

“The weather in 2015 was record-breaking. An early spring put us three weeks ahead of 2014. The dry weather continued as the Okanagan experienced its driest June on record. A beautiful warm summer led into a cool period in September that helped balance the ripeness of the fruit. The rest of the fall was warm, which allowed for a long hang time for the fruit.”
Steve Carberry, Winegrower
