β€œThe nose on the 2010 Viognier picks up interesting notes of lemon, citrus and grapefruit. The palate has a pleasing and refreshing acidity, with a very nice balance and solid mouth feel. Overall I am very pleased with the layered
complexity of the 2010 Viognier, and how it makes for such an elegant and approachable wine is a super versatile food pairing wine that pairs well with everything from grilled halibut to roasted chicken.”
Graham Pierce, Winemaker

β€œThe 2010 growing season was a challenging but rewarding one. It started off with a cooler and wetter than normal spring which delayed bud burst. A long, cool but dry summer showed steady growth in the vines and with careful leaf removal for sun exposure and precise reduction in crop levels, optimal ripeness of the fruit was achieved.”
Steve Carberry, Winegrower
