“The 2007 vintage of Nota Bene exhibits generous rich aromas of black cherry, cassis, and plum which follow through on the palate. The dark fruit is framed by earth, spice and mocha undertones. The rich, full-bodied mouth feel has great balance and lengthy smooth finish. This wine has great cellaring potential.”
Graham Pierce, Co-Winemaker with Winemaker Senka Tennant

“After a fairly cool winter, an early wet spring brought bud break a little ahead of schedule, around April 19, 2007. The year continued with consistent warm dry weather through flowering. June, July and August were fairly nice and warm without any extreme temperatures. Although the yearwas a little milder then normal, the vines responded well yielding exceptional, intensely flavoured fruit.”
Steve Carberry, Winegrower
