A superior texture exudes creamy aromas of peach and stone fruit, then transitions into the delicate floral notes that this varietal is known for. Fermented with wild and selected cultured yeasts, and laid to rest 8 months in a combination of seasoned French oak puncheons and stainless steel tanks, this 100% unblended Viognier does not disappoint.
