The Fine Print
Vineyard Lodge Policies
- No smoking indoors
- Check-in from 4:00pm
- Check-out by 11:00am
- Pets are welcome. We do charge a $50/night pet fee
- Our Vineyard Lodge is family friendly
An additional cleaning fee will apply if our no-smoking policies are violated.
Terms & Conditions
Damages
Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing and equipment, and or property will be charged at the full, new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any repair or replacement costs will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest.
No Events/Party Policy
To ensure the safety and enjoyment for our guests and our neighbours anything above the occupancy limit is defined as a party. One polite request will be given to reduce noise, thereafter the guest will forfeit all fees and may be asked to leave.
Billing
A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount, along with the signed rental agreement, is required upon booking. The balance, including taxes, fees, and a security deposit, is due 60 days before your arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. Additional charges for any wine enjoyed from the wine bar, or any damages, will be charged to the same credit card following check-out.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/changes within 60 days prior to the date of arrival will be given a 100% refund minus the transaction fee for non-Airbnb bookings. Cancellations within 30 to 59 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund minus the transaction fee for non-Airbnb bookings. Refunds will not be provided in the event of no shows, check-outs, or cancellations with less than 30 days notice.
Cancellation of Reservations by Black Hills Estate Winery
In the event it may be necessary to cancel your reservation due to fires, natural disasters, accidental double booking or urgent repairs we will inform you at the earliest opportunity and will ensure a full refund of monies paid.
