"The 2020 vintage of Roussanne has an alluring and complex nose, showing aromas of lemon curd and chamomile, along with subtle spice notes followed by a richly textured and creamy mouthfeel with flavors of lemon, poached pear, marzipan, and shortbread. This is a warming and silky full-bodied wine, that can be enjoyed in its youth alongside creamy pasta or risotto dishes, or with rich seafood meals such as seared scallops."

The 2020 growing season got off to a slow start with a cool and damp spring and flowering period. However, a dry and warm July, August and September allowed the vines to quickly able to make up for lost time. With smaller than average crop levels and perfect ripening conditions from September through to Thanksgiving, the fruit was able to achieve excellent flavour and phenolic ripeness, and was harvested with high levels of concentration and aromatic intensity. An outstanding vintage that has produced bold white wines that are full of character.
