This is our signature six-wine flight experience and the perfect introduction to our wines. You’ll enjoy a selection of our famed estate white and red wines, including the iconic Nota Bene. Each wine has been carefully crafted by winemaker and Master of Wine, Ross Wise, to showcase the unique terroir of the Black Sage Bench and the passion and dedication that goes into every bottle we produce.  

Benchmark Experience -15* per person

A wonderful introduction to our wines, this flight will pour through two white wines and one red wine. Immerse yourself in the essence of Black Hills Estate Winery and taste through some of our winemaking team's favourite bottles.
