Tasting Notes
2021 Alibi has intense aromas of pineapple, gooseberry and citrus, which is typical of Sauvignon Blanc from our Hidden Terrace Vineyard. Tropical fruit and lemon juice burst on the palate, with lime and wet stone flavours continuing throughout the long finish. Fresh acidity contrasts well with the silky texture. Time spent ageing on yeast in oak barrels contributes richness and creamy notes to the wine.
