Return Policy

Current Releases: if you have any concerns or issues with your orders please contact us immediately and let us look after your needs. If you do not receive your order, or if there is breakage, we will either replace your order or refund your monies. Please do not return goods without first notifying us. Should any product be broken during shipping, please email us at info@blackhillswinery.com, or call (250) 498-0666 within 24 hours of receipt of the goods so we can pursue a claim with the shipping company. We ask that you immediately obtain a Damage/Inspection report from the shipping company and forward that to us via mail – Black Hills Estate Winery, R.R. 1, Site 52, Comp. 22, Oliver, British Columbia, V0H 1T0 so we may proceed with our claim.

Past Releases: Black Hills Estate Winery does not take any responsibility for the condition or taste of any wine older than the 2006 vintage. Many different variables come into play with wine shipping and storage that are beyond our control. As such, our company policy prohibits us from refunding or exchanging any wine older than the 2006 vintage due to any quality defects in the wine, bottles, corks for capsules.

Age Restrictions

You may not use this site if you are not of legal drinking age. It is against the law to supply intoxicating substances to any persons under 19 years of age in Canada. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 19 years of age.
