Return Policy

If you have any concerns or issues with your orders please contact us immediately and let us look after your needs. If you do not receive your order, or if there is breakage, we will either replace your order or refund your monies. Please do not return goods without first notifying us. Should any product be broken during shipping, please email us at info@blackhillswinery.com, or call (250) 498-0666 within 24 hours of receipt of the goods so we can pursue a claim with the shipping company. We ask that you immediately obtain a Damage/Inspection report from the shipping company and forward that to us via mail – Black Hills Estate Winery, R.R. 1, Site 52, Comp. 22, Oliver, British Columbia, V0H 1T0 so we may proceed with our claim.
