ADDING BLACK HILLS E-MAIL TO YOUR 'SAFE' LIST

To help ensure delivery of Black Hills e-mails to your inbox, add info@blackhillswinery.com and no-reply@blackhillswinery.com to your address book.

AOL 9

• Open the e-mail.
• Click ADD ADDRESS on the right side of the screen.
• Click Save.
• If you are unable to see the images, click ‘Show images & enable links’ in the upper right corner of the message window.

AOL Netmail

• Open the e-mail.
• Click ADD ADDRESS on the right side of the screen.
• Click SAVE on the pop-up window.

Earthlink Web Mail

• Open the e-mail.
• Click ADD TO ADDRESS BOOK.
• The ADD TO ADDRESS BOOK pop-up appears pre-populated with the e-mail address.
• Click SAVE.

Hotmail

• Open the e-mail.
• Click SAVE ADDRESS at the top of the e-mail header.
• Click OK on the next screen.
• If you are not able to see the images, click on ‘Show Images’ or ‘Always Show Images from This Sender’ in the e-mail header.

MSN Premium

• Open the e-mail.
• Click SAVE ADDRESSES at the upper right of the screen.
• Select the checkbox next to the address you want to save.
• Click SAVE CHANGES.

Netscape

• Open the e-mail.
• Click on the FROM address.
• Click ADD TO ADDRESS BOOK in the pop-up menu.
• Click Save.

Outlook 2003

• Open the e-mail.
• Right-click on the FROM address.
• Select ADD TO OUTLOOK CONTACTS from the menu.
• Click OK on the address book pop-up.

Outlook Express

• Open the e-mail.
• Right-click on the FROM name.
• Select ADD TO ADDRESS BOOK from the menu.
• Click OK on the Properties pop-up.

Yahoo!

• Open the e-mail.
• Click ADD TO ADDRESS BOOK in the From Line of the e-mail header.
• Click ADD TO ADDRESS BOOK again to save.
